Effective July 2026. IRO Sections is operated by IRO Innovations ("we"). This policy covers the IRO Sections app for Shopify and this website.
When a store installs the app we store: the store's myshopify domain, the store owner's email address (used to link purchases across a merchant's own stores), API access credentials issued by Shopify, and records of section purchases and installations. We do not collect or store customer personal data, browsing behavior, or payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Shopify.
Solely to operate the app: delivering purchased sections, verifying ownership, providing support, and honoring multi-store licenses. We do not sell or share data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
We honor Shopify's GDPR webhooks automatically: uninstalling the app revokes credentials, and shop-redaction requests permanently remove stored shop data. You can also email us to request deletion at any time.
